Pain

13/7/2009 Monday

Well... 3 more months till 'O' levels. I hope everyone is starting to study; even I am trying to catch up with last minute work. I promised some people to continue even though I have no ideas in my head whatsoever. Plus, I seem to have a knack for creating good stories when it is planned on the spot rather than with a plan.

Not recommended for English essays in 'O' levels. XD Without further ado, enjoy~

Disaster Holiday- Halloween Festival [Manisha and Felicia]

Manisha clung tightly onto Felicia. To prevent herself from getting too scared, she began talking to Felicia. "Hey, why of all colors must you wear red? You stand out in the darkness even though there is not much light around!"

"Red is my favorite color! I don't care if it stands out, I love it."

"We'll get spotted quickly like this..."

"Aww.. come on Manisha, don't be so scared. It's just a game."

She ignored Felicia's words and continued looking around. Felicia continued shining her torchlight everywhere when Manisha suddenly yelped and tightened her grip on her arm. She looked at Manisha and asked: "What is wrong? Did you see something?"

She pointed a shaking finger towards the shadows at the far end of the hallway. "I-I-I s-saw something m-moving!"

"It's probably Janice. Stop trying to scare us Janice, it's not going to work." Felicia called out.

There was no reply. Manisha moved closer towards her friend, her eyes searching for any movement in the dark. Then, both girls saw it. There were people running around them, entering rooms and leaving it. The dark shapes were about to come closer when it stopped. Felicia kept thinking that it was Ying Ting trying to freak them out.

She stormed into one of the rooms which the figures disappeared into. Manisha nearly shouted out: "No! What if its a ghost?"

"There is no such things as a ghost."

When they walked into the room, they found that it was empty. Just then, the door creaked, closing itself. They turned around to find no one. Manisha was very frightened right now. She was backing away when she heard a soft: 'crunch'. Felicia shone the torchlight at her foot and Manisha screamed. She stepped on a cockroach.

Felicia sighed and said: "It's just a cockroach. Don't be so scared Manisha."

"I hate creepy crawlies!"

Manisha jumped when something furry touched her neck. She made Felicia shine the light at her shoulder and Manisha fainted when she saw the object. It was a tarantula. Felicia rolled her eyes and walked over to Manisha to shake her. "Hey, wake up."

Fear filled her when she realized that Manisha was actually unconcious. She looked wildly around the room for anyone; it was far too dark. She was about to run and open the door when she stepped on something wet and fell. She raised her hand to her face and her eyes opened very wide.

Her hands were filled with blood-the one thing she feared most. She, too, fainted with Manisha. A girl skipped over and placed a hand on her lips. The other girl next to her kept their plastic cockroach and tarantula, but left the blood alone. Then, she took her clipboard out:

Manisha and Felicia [Eliminated]

The girl that placed her hand on her lips walked over. She smiled and took the clipboard away from her partner, adding two more names:

Min Yee and Alice

Hmm... I think there should only be three more fics until this holiday ends. Then, I may start on Christmas. Yay~
