Sleepy...

17/6/2008 Wednesday

Monday's sleepover still made me real tired. Xue Kun, Bernice and I studied until 2am and talked, karaoked until 5am+ before sleeping. We really have to do this more often. XD

So, to ease Janice's undying boredom, I will update (Even though I don't have any plans for the next pair).

Enjoy~

Disaster Holiday- Halloween Festival [Sunthari and Preeya]

Sunthari and Preeya sat in their room, waiting for someone to come in so that they could scare them. To be honest, the Halloween decorations and the darkness did scare them a little, but they reminded themselves that there was no need to be afraid. They stood there for half an hour, but no one came.

There were a set of footsteps heard a few times, but no one actually stepped in there. So, this got Preeya very bored. "Hey Sunthari, how long do we have to wait?"

"Be quiet la you donkey, they'll hear you!"

Preeya kept quiet again. The silence began to scare her, so she whispered: "Sunthari, I'm very bored."

"Same here... I guess we can sit down and rest for awhile."

"I can't see you though, its too dark."

"Follow the sound of my voice."

Sunthari felt something grabbing her leg and said: "Let go Preeya, it hurts."

"I'm not holding you."

Sunthari didn't bother asking the person for her identity and grabbed the nearest flashlight. She shone it on her ankle and screamed. It was a hand and at the end was... blood. The arm had no body; it looked as though it was torn off someone's body. Preeya saw the arm and screamed as well.

Sunthari screamed: "Get this thing off of me! Preeya help!"

"Shake it off!"

Sunthari did as she was told and crashed right into Preeya. Preeya's hand brushed against something smooth and she grabbed the torchlight from Sunthari's hands. She shone it at the object and both girls screamed. It was a bloody foot. Just like the arm, it was dislodged from its body.

Then, they fainted. The two people watching the scene skipped over to the fainted team. One of them slowly plucked the arm from Sunthar's ankle and the leg away from Preeya's arm. The person placed it into a bag that said:
The bloody parts of Halloween
Give your friends the shock of their lives!
The other person took out a list. She took out a pencil and wrote down something. The list looked like this:
Ying Ting and Suhkbir [Eliminated]
Preeya and Sunthari [Eliminated]
The girl holding the clipboard grinned at the other girl holding a bag of tricks. Once the other girl nodded, the girl holding the clipboard added two more names:
Manisha and Felicia
I apologise for the shorter story. I have no idea what Preeya's fear is, so I decided that her fear would be the same as Sunthari's. Sorry Preeya. Anyways, I wonder what is in store for our next two contestants. *grins evilly*

Whim

13/6/2008 Saturday

I pity Janice. So, I decided to continue, even though I have no plan whatsoever. Oh yeah Janice, tell the camera girl over there to CONTINUE HER STORY, take pictures of Boogie, and that I've completed 3 chapters Time Sphere.

However, because I lost the list of what everyone is afraid of, some fears may be wrong. I do apologise. So, to end Janice's boredom, enjoy~

Disaster Holiday- Halloween Festival [Ying Ting and Suhkbir]

Ying Ting was very bored. Sukhbir and Ying Ting decided not to trouble themselves any further and wanted to explore. Their plan: sneak up onto the others and say: Hey people. The average person would be scared of this harmless words when trapped in a dark room full of Halloween decorations.

Suhkbir and Ying Ting split up and went their separate ways. Ying Ting walked down the extremely dark hallway. The only thing that lighted her path were the glow-in-the-dark stickers on the walls. They took on the shape of a ghost, a Halloween pumpkin and... a sign that says: 'This way to meet your doom'?!

Ying Ting was obviously curious. Who wouldn't be? She puffed up her chest and took large strides towards the area it was pointing to. There was nothing Ying Ting was scared of, she took a frog out of the bathroom during the school camp, she tried to kill two large moths. She stared at a lizard until it ran away.

When she took one more step into the hallway, she stepped on something very sticky. However, the floor was too dark to see what the substance was. She probably squashed a lizard or maybe a cockroach. Her hand went down to the floor and she felt the warm liquid. It was a large puddle of something, perhaps slime.

But when Ying Ting raised it up to one of the glow-in-the-dark stickers, her hair stood on one end when she saw the substance at her fingers. Ying Ting was one of the most fearless people in class; she can walk into a haunted house alone to explore, she could pick up a lizard and make a few girls scream.

But what could make her so afraid? Ying Ting may be fearless, there is one thing that she was scared of. Blood. A high pitched scream filled the air.

The person that hid behind a door giggled and ran off.

Sukhbir turned around when she heard the scream. It was probably someone else. Ying Ting doesn't scream. She walked around the area, unable to find anyone. Sukhbir decided to go and sit in a room and wait for the game to be over. She opened a door but felt something crawl onto her hand.

She took out the flashlight she hid in her pocket and flashed onto the hand. She nearly screamed when it was a lizard. She shook it off and ran into the room, looking for a tissue to clean off any germs. Her hand reached out for the table and she accidentally hit something. Something smooth, yet a little prickly. She flashed it again and saw a cockroach.

Suhkbir was really freaked out now. She withdrew her hand and wiped it on her shirt. Then, she banged into someone. Sukhbir slowly turned around and the person flashed a flashlight onto the person's face. "Hey people."

Suhkbir fainted. The person raised an eyebrow before keeping the flashlight. She took the cockroach off the table, as well as the lizard that was now lying on the floor. She placed them both in a bag that said:

A bag of tricks:
Scare your friends with the plastic creepy crawlies!
Sorry if your fears were wrong. Like I said, I lost the list. Anyway, don't be upset if that is not you at all. I'm a lousy author when it comes to imitating my subject's personality. :D

Revival

1/6/2008 Monday

I've decided to update my blog on a whim. Since it's a June holiday (Not really a holiday for the Lit students), I've decided to train up my maths, science and English. Today I just completed my Chinese 'O' level written paper. I'd bet its B3 standard, but I'm hoping for an A2.

Alright, since the Valentine's Day story ended, it's time to start the one I've been working on for quite awhile: Halloween!

I've been doing a bit of research on my friends and found out their fears. Watch and be amazed as I turn their fears into retarded stories! [A rabbit pops out of my hair for unknown reasons]. Heh... Oops. Anyways... I need to change the stupid blog skin. Bernice, we should talk more often.

Disaster Holiday- Halloween Festival [Epilogue]

Sunthari was sleeping when something banged against her bed. She fell down onto the floor and looked up to face a grinning pumpkin. She stared at it for awhile before saying: "Is this breakfast?"

"No silly! This is a Halloween decoration!" Preeya replied.

"Halloween is December the 24 right?"

"That's your birthday, Sunthari."

"Oh. Then when is it?"

"Tomorrow! We are all going to throw a Halloween party to celebrate Halloween! Wake up and help us put the decorations; Suhkbir, Ying Ting, Rachel and the others are coming over!"

They spent the entire afternoon dressing up the house. By the time they were done, Claire did not dare to take a step anywhere unless accompanied by two people. Then, Alice, Sunthari, Preeya, Min Yee, Wan Yi, Janice, Felicia, Claire and Amanda sat in the living room. They stared at the table, not knowing what activity to host for their guests.

Janice raised her hand and said: "Let's play a game! We will bob for apples!"

"Wasting water and money." said Wan Yi.

"Dipping your head in the toilet?"

"..." said Min Yee.

"Splash paint all over Felicia's room?"

"Hey!" said Felicia.

Alice held up a hand to stop Janice and said: "Something that can be done without wasting a lot of money and is not troublesome to clean up after the party."

Amanda shrugged her shoulders and suggested: "Why not make a game whereby two people are to form a team and they must scare as many people as possible? The winner is simply crowned Master of Halloween."

Preeya nodded and said: "I agree with Amanda."

"Then it's settled."

The next day, Suhkbir, Ying Ting, Rachel and Manisha arrived. The party started off with mingling, eating and a bit of scaring. Ying Ting was unimpressed with the decorations, complaining that it was not scary enough. Suhkbir went to find a lighted corner where she could read her book.

Manisha was telling stories about her family in India, which Rachel, Janice, Claire and Sunthari listened. When the clock struck 8pm, Janice began the game. She explained the instructions to everyone and they began forming their groups:

Ying Ting and Suhkbir
Janice and Amanda
Sunthari and Preeya
Manisha and Felicia
Min Yee and Alice
Wan Yi, Rachel and Claire [The group had 3 people cause Claire was too scared]

When Amanda said: 'You may begin', everyone left to prepare.

Hmm.... I wonder what would happen. *grins evilly* *Janice appears out of nowhere with white powder on her face and scares Claire to death* She turns to the audience and says: "Claire will continue with the story, once she wakes up... I think." *Goes to slap Claire awake*
